The benefit of Agriculture classes are the hands on experience that the students have.
Students are able to bring in their small animals for small animal management where everyone in the class will gain knowledge on grooming, training and veterinary techniques. This is a semester course.
Students in Principles of Agriculture Food and Natural Resource (AFNR) will learn various objectives through out the year in the industry and how to apply skills obtained.
Floral design also counts as an art credit for students. It is a two semester course where students will gain basic knowledge of floral design. At the end of the year, students will plan and budget a special event.
