    Rank One Online Forms

Six Steps to a sucessful season start up are detailed below:

    STEP ONE:
At the start of every season, parents must submit a Cross Country Participation Form for each athlete.  When you fill out a Participation Form, you can opt in to subscribe to team emails. KHS Running can then send you updates on meet schedules and results as well as information on team activities.

    STEP TWO:
Each team sends out updates through Remind101. To sign up for the reminds, see the information below:

    Boys team:

    Volunteer! The Team needs you!

We have many open Cross Country Parent Board postions open.  Please visit our Volunteer Page for more details.  No experience required.  We also have many one time volunteer opportunites.  These are listed on our Sign Up Genius Page.

    STEP FIVE:

Sign up and Pay for Lenny's sandwiches at most meets.  This offers the opportunity for each athlete to get a customized sandwich at most JV and Varsity meets.  Details coming soon, check back.

    STEP SIX:
Order your athlete and fan gear from Fan Cloth.  Orders due Friday, August 23rd.  Each year our coaches have items that every team member should own such as a team shirt and shorts.  There is also a wide selection of optional gear.

Sign up with the Kingwood All Sports Booster Club

Kingwood All Sports Booster Club (KASBC) is a nonprofit organization that provides financial support for all Kingwood High School sports programs.  Each year, KASBC provides between $150 and $250 per athlete for enhancements to the athletics program.  You must be a member of the Kingwood All-Sports Booster Club to be eligible for booster club senior scholarships.
