     HHS PG-16 PLANNING is underway!!!!

May 28, 2016 marks a very special day for our Humble High School Class of 2016 graduates!

Sadly, each year we hear reports from around the nation about graduating seniors who lose their lives while celebrating after graduation.  Historically graduation night has been the most dangerous night for teenagers because of the drinking usually associated with this rite of passage.

Our community is working hard to address this risk and keep our Class of 2016 senior’s safe, and to ensure that tragedy does not strike our community on graduation night by providing an alcohol and drug free all-night celebration for our graduating seniors that keeps them safe.  This event is called Project Graduation.

We are presently organizing our annual Project Graduation Event for the 2016 graduating class, and we are working very hard to make sure this event is the best ever for our graduating seniors!  We have approximately 350 seniors in our Class of 2016, all of whom have worked very hard and have earned the right to have a celebration worth remembering!

To ensure a successful event, we need your help.  We are reaching out to ALL Senior parents as well as junior parents to help us make Project Graduation 2016 a reality.

SENIOR FAMILIES: It is vital that we get support from EVERY Senior Family to make Project Graduation a success. Without adequate support from parents Project Graduation CANNOT take place. If you have not done so already, please contact us at HHSPG16@yahoogroups.com so we may add you to our distribution list.

JUNIOR FAMILIES: We invite you to join us in this activity, not only is your help needed and greatly appreciated, but this is also a wonderful opportunity to see what Project Graduation is all about and better equip you for the planning of Project Graduation 2017.  In addition, all unused funds will be transfer to the Project Graduation Committee for 2017.
