    Welcome to American Sign Language!  I am very excited to be starting a new year with you/your child.  Learning a new language is a special, and very important, skill that enables us to know and understand the customs and cultures of our world.  The basic objective of this ASL course is to help each student attain an acceptable degree of proficiency in listening, signing, understanding, and developing cultural awareness.
