    Hello Band Family!

I am so very excited about this year's 2019-2020 Panther Band!   Mrs. Danielle Dewees will be joining the Timberwood Band staff and I cannot express how excited I am to have such a knowledgeable and experienced person working side by side with me for our program.

It is our goal to provide not only a quality music education, but also a sense of good citizenship.  We want our BAND-itos to be model students no matter where they are or what they are doing.  All this plus good music, bad jokes (from me) and a good time!

This year I will be teaching the percussion, trumpet, horn, trombone, and tuba classes.  I teach the Wind Ensemble as well as assist Mrs. Dewees as she leads the Symphonic and Concert Bands.

The TMS Band Website contains a wealth of information.  You can click here to reach the site.
Always feel free to email if you have any questions!  We are here to help!

My wife is also a teacher of 22 years in the RELA department in the district.  We have two very involved children.  Dylan, 18, will be a freshmen trumpet player at Texas Tech University studying music and Madison, 14, who will be a freshman in high school.  Madison is also a member of the band as a french horn player.

Coffee is an important part of the functionality of a band director.  Feel free to donate to the cause!  I'm kidding......but seriously!
Benefits include a happier, more positive and energetic director for your young musician!
