    Athletes need to bring a combination lock for their athletics locker this year.
    *No Key locks please*
     
     

    Physicals and Rank one. Please make sure you register son on Rank One Website. All pertinent paper work will be filled out on rank one electronically. You will need your son’s school ID. A link is provided in the attachments. If you took the physical at KHS, they will get them to me.  I will need all forms filled on rank one completed and a physical for any boy playing football or running cross-country before the first day of school. If both these things are not completed your son will be ineligible until they are complete. Please do not give the physical to anyone but me. They seem to get lost when not put directly in my hands :-) I will write a receipt for it.

    Parents, above is the link to the rank one website.  This process will allow us to be more efficient in collecting submitting mandatory online athletic participation forms electronically.  Please go to the link and fill out the forms.
     
     
    In order for us to accept a physical:
     *It must be on an Humble ISD 2022-2023 Humble ISD Physical Form
     *It must have the date of examination with clearance.
     *It must have a physicians stamp.
     
    Athletes may NOT try out for a sport unless they have a completed physical on file.
     
     
     
    ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL ON FILE TO
    RECEIVE EQUIPMENT AND PARTICIPATE IN ATHLETICS.
     
    THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
