Hi, my name is Ms. Benson and I am 1 of the amazing science teachers!!!! This is my 5th year of teaching, 6th year in education and 1st year in 6th grade and I am very ecstatic about teaching our incoming scientist! My spouse and I have been blessed with 4 wonderful children; 3 girls and a boy. Teaching a whole child is what I strive to do each day in and outside of the classroom. I meet a child where they are and also teach not just academic lessons, but life skills and world awareness with the community as well. I strive for a well oiled community classroom led by students and facilitated by my passion to help raise positive individuals in our community.

My interests include spending time with my family, leading a more healthy lifestyle, learning new things from various sources, listening to music, and working out. I truly look forward to a great school year with your scholar(s) and working with you and the community to help mold the future of our world.
