A native of Houston, Mr Feinauer grew up in the Aldine school district and graduated from MacArthur High School. Received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness from BYU in Utah. He has completed further education in the sciences of Chemistry and Physics at BYU-Idaho.

He has a passion for helping students see their potential and finding joy in learning.  

He is married and has 4 children who attend schools in the Humble School District.
