Hello, JFE families! 

My name is Katy Spinosa and I am so thrilled to be teaching first grade with Ms. Tate this school year! I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and graduated from Louisiana State University in 2019. I taught third grade social studies in Louisiana for one year before my husband and I moved to Houston in February of 2021. This is my second year teaching at JFE. I am so eager to provide a safe and fun learning environment where your student can thrive and grow.
