I'm Latoya Branch, the At-Risk here at the Community Learning Center. I'm am so excited to be joining this campus and am looking forward to working with an awesome team of people who strive daily to meet the needs of our students while providing a fun, safe, nurturing and creative learning environment.
I was born in Oklahoma. However, I am military brat. So I have had the pleasure of living all over the world. I still have that love of travel. I received my Bachelors of Science from Stephen F. Austin State University. Before I began my first year of teaching, I knew I wanted to be a counselor. I wanted to help students and their families not only navigate, but excel in their academic journeys. So after my first year of teaching, I enrolled at Prairie A & M University where I earned a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling.
My goal here at CLC is to jump in and help wherever and however I can. I'm looking forward to partnering with each of you :)
Remember to take care of you!
