The KHS PTSA is a nonprofit organization founded and run by parent volunteers.
Our purpose is to enhance the educational experiences of students and support KHS teachers and staff.
These are a few of the things the PTSA provides for our Mustang Family.

  • Give back to our staff members with monthly raffles 
  • Manage copy room to assist staff

  • Multiple $1,000 scholarships for graduating KHS Seniors
  • Promote and coordinate the PTA National Art Contest : Reflections
  • Give back to our student members with monthly raffles
  • Provide an opportunity to fulfill volunteer hours needed in other organizations
  • Negotiated special pricing for student services
  • Provide real-world program enrichments

  • Sponsor the Coffee Chats with Dr. Nasra
  • Advocate for the KHS families
  • Communicate important and timely information for parents
  • Organize Spirit Days and Fundraisers  
  • Provide Volunteer Opportunities for families to get involved in school
  • Send an encouraging message or thank you note to our teachers and faculty
