    Hello Bearcat Family!

    I am elated to be the 7th Grade Assistant Principal for the 2022-2023 School Year and serve as the administrator assigned to supervise the math and social studies departments.  

    This year, I am joyfully beginning my twenty-third year, in public education.  I have gained a plethora of experience as a middle and high school English teacher, secondary campus administrator and central office director.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree in English and Secondary Education, from Baylor University.  I received my Master of Science degree in Administration and Supervision, from the University of Houston, main campus.  I am currently working toward my Doctorate in Educational Administration and Leadership, at Texas Southern University, with my projected graduation date anticipated to be May of 2024.  

    In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, traveling, attending concerts, theatrical productions, and sporting events, and volunteering with various community organizations.  I am a Dog Mom, and I love spending time with my long-haired dachshund, Baylor Jane.  

    I believe that the 2022-2023 School Year will be filled with great successes and fun times.  Please know that I have an open door policy, and I take my responsibility of supporting your child and insuring that he/she is academically and socially prepared with the skills to be a productive, confident citizen, seriously.
