Hi, My name is Shawndece Fairrow. I am the campus Behavior Coach. I am excited to be a part of the North Belt Elementary Wildcat Family. I have been in the field of Education for 23 years. I am a transplant from Arkansas and have been enjoying my time here in Houston with my two children, Jaiden and Ava. I have a B.S. and M.S.Ed in Child and Family Development, M.Ed in Education Administration, Ed.D in Higher Education and Adult Learning. I am also certified EC-4, and Principal Certification EC-12. I have taught grades PK-3rd, Adult ESL on the College Level, Campus Instructional Coach, and School Manager.
