My name is Doddie Lilly, and I am the school counselor at Eagle Springs Elementary.  I am beyond excited to have the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing school family.  I have been in elementary education for the past 18 years.  I attended Prairie view A&M University where I received my bachelor's degree.  I earned my graduate degree from The University of St. Thomas.  I enjoy reading, shopping, decorating, and spending time with my family. 

It is my mission to use the Great 8 as a tool to provide classoom guidance, small group, and individual support to students at ESE. I am passionate about the work, and look forward to an amazing year at ESE!
