Hello!

Welcome to Mr. Tapner's math class.  I am super excited to be working with your students and help their first year as middleschoolers a resounding success!

After graduating from the University of Texas in 2008, I taught for 10 years in the Galena Park Independent School District as a math teacher and instructional coach.  This will be my fifth year here in Humble ISD. I believe that school should be fun and engaging, but have high expectations for all those in my class.

When I am not teaching, you can usually find me alongside my lovely wife Rachel, 5 year old son Marshall, and 2 year old daughter Eleanor.
