Welcome to Ms. Windham's Page
3/26/2020 Update: Courses are moving to weekly learning plans. I will post a link for Economics and a link for Biology. It will have the details about what students should work on beginning Monday. Learning outcomes will be due by Friday. I will have a specific Zoom tutoring meeting for both subjects (Econ - Tuesday, 10 AM; Bio - Wednesday, 10 AM). Students, I hope you are doing well - your teachers miss you very much!
I will be co-teaching and serving in the Special Services Compliance role.
Tutorials: Mondays: One-lunch A-block, room 1005
About the teacher:
This will be my thirtheenth year teaching. I enjoy seeing the "aha!" moments students have in class.
When I'm not in the classroom, I am playing soccer, kickboxing, and chasing after my 8-year-old daughter Presley. I graduated from Humble High School in 2003, then attended Baylor University on a cross-country/track and field scholarship. While at Baylor, I worked as a writer with The Lariat and the Waco Tribune Herald. I graduated from University of St. Thomas with a Master of Education degree in 2011. If I was not a teacher, I would love to attend culinary school and become a master chef.
