Why should I apply for Free & Reduced Meals?

Both your family and Atascocita Middle School can benefit from applying and receiving free and reduced meals.

(1) Up to $600 per child in savings for your family as your child receives a nutritionally-balanced breakfast and lunch every day.

(2) AMS receives additional human resources and financial support to provide additional support -- academic and affective -- for all students with these needs.

Your child's free and reduced meal status is held in high confidentiality.
