Students, welcome to the Engineering Lab.  We will be sharing a classroom that encourages critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork and creative innovation.  Thank you for making good decisions and for being the best you that you can be.  I look forward to working with you this year.

Parents, thank you for entrusting me with your child's education.  I love teaching and I take my profession seriously, but I can't do it alone.  It takes great parents, great teachers, and great mentors to produce great kids... thank you for doing your part.  We are on the same team, and that team's focus is your child.  Please know that I am a very approachable teacher and will make myself available as often as possible.  I encourage you to email me with questions, concerns, and celebrations.  I describe my role using phrases like mentor, guide, and chief encouragement officer.  I will do everything I can to make sure your son or daughter receives the finest education possible.  Please know that the way you speak to your child about their education directly influences their opinion of school. Thank you for doing your part to ensure that education is their top priority.
