• At-Home Support

It is important for all children to spend time with their families and be active after a full day of learning. Your child is highly encouraged to participate in healthy activities, such as play outside, play board games with the family, clean the house, and help make dinner.

Students should spend time reading with a parent or family member daily for at least 20 minutes. Be sure to discuss with your child about the books he/she is reading as we constantly work on our reading comprehension skills in first grade.

Extension take-home assignments will be given for specific intentions and circumstances.

    Donations / Gifts

I am thankful for your trust to have your child in my class this year and would profoundly appreciate any extra support you can provide to help me create the best learning environment in our classroom.
