    When/what do I submit a IT (ivanti) Ticket for:

     

     

     - All Telephone issues. Including Voice Mail Password reset, phone does not work, no dial tone, no display.

    - All Computer issues.  Including internet connectivity, does not turn on, monitor does not work, cannot print.

    - All Printer issues. Including workroom printers, networked printers.

    - All Projector issues. Including will not turn on, will not display, no audio.

    - All Document Camera issues. Including will not connect, will not power on.

    - All Open Air Labs issues.  Including missing mice and keyboards, computers not working.

    - All LGI technical issues.  ONLY podium computer issues and projector/sound issues.

    - All Chromecarts issues. Including WiFi connectivity, will not turn on.

    - All iPad Cart issues.  Including WiFi connectivity, will not turn on.

    - All Network/WiFi issues. Including wired and wireless connectivity.

    - All Technology Wall Connection issues. Including network ports and projector ports.

    - To reserve any Check Out Equipment. Including LCD Projectors, Screens, AV Carts.

     

     

    DO NOT submit a IT (ivanti) Ticket for:

    - Whiteboard issues.

    - Furniture moving or repairs.

    - Power outlets.

    - Lights.

    - Doors and locks.

    - Walls.

    - Flooring.

    - Windows.

    - Tables.
