• It is time to plan for your transition to 6th grade!  Below you will find information from Creekwood Middle School.  The slides were created by next year's 6th grade counselor from CMS. 

    If you click on the counselor in each slide you will be taken to a video with important information about planning for next year.  Within each slide you will also find videos and other information about fine arts electives and the CTE Elective Wheel class.  It is likely that reviewing this information will lead you to wonder and have questions.  Please feel free to reach out to Mrs. Bleiberg at HHE or to Nicole Camp, your upcoming middle school counselor with your questions.  We are all here to support you through this transition process.

    Thursday, February 16th: CMS Counselors visit HHE to complete course selection in Naviance
