My name is LaTonya Hudson, and I am the Math Academic Lead Teacher at FCE. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2000 (GO BEARKATS) and began my teaching career in 2001. I have taught 2nd,3rd, and 4th grade and was a Math Interventionists for grades 1-5. I received my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership in 2005 from Prairie View A&M University. I have spent the majority of my teaching career in Aldine and this will be my sixth year in Humble ISD (each year gets BETTER and BETTER)!
I have been married to my husband, Jerric, for 14 years and we have 4 handsome boys ranging in age from 19 years old to 7 years old. I am a true BOY MOM and there is never a dull moment. My family and I live here in Humble so we may bump into each other from time to time :)
I am excited to kick off another school year and work with teachers to support student learning. I look forward in assisting them in developing critical thinkers, math magicians, confidence to take risks, and an understanding of their contributions in our community/society.
