• Attention Parent/Guardian,

    If your student has withdrawn from Humble ISD and they have a balance left on their account, you may choose one of three options listed below: 

    TRANSFER - You may transfer the balance.  If you have any other students attending Humble ISD or want to select a student of your choice, we would be happy to transfer the funds to that student’s lunch account.

    DONATE - You may donate the balance. We will deposit the money into “The Donated Meal Fund” to help pay for a student without enough funds for a meal.

    REFUND - You may request a refund of the remaining balance to be mailed to your current mailing address.

     

    Log in to your SCHOOL CAFE account to make your request.

     

    **RETURNING STUDENTS**

    If your student is attending a Humble ISD school next year, the remaining account balance will carry over. There is no need for a refund unless you request one.

     

     

    IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS YOUR HUMBLE ISD SCHOOLCAFE ACCOUNT

    please email the following information to Child.Nutrition@humbleisd.net

     

    1.     STUDENT NAME/ID

    2.     AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED (if known)

    3.     CURRENT ADDRESS for check to be mailed to

    4.     PARENT/GUARDIAN CONTACT INFORMATION

     

      Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of the transaction for your check to arrive.
