Mission:
The Business Systems mission is to provide timely support to Humble's personnel in Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, Warehouse, Printshop, Campuses, and Departments for business system applications. This area supports multiple business applications, so users can perform functions as varied as producing payroll checks, to creating requisitions, to integrating the HR System with many other applications. Our support allows Humble ISD to fulfill mission critical functions for the business side of our district to operate.

Projects:
- Upgrade Munis ERP from 2021.1 to 2021.5. This is a minor upgrade to install the updated tax tables and W2 forms for the 2022 calendar year. We will be performing this upgrade over the winter break. To see what else is contained in the upgrade click here
- Implement Risk Management module in Munis.
- Upgrade Kronos WFC to Workforce Ready. This new implementation will give us the capability to have multiple approvers, attach support documentation to timesheets, and route extra duty through workflow. To learn more click here
