Certification Information
You are eligible for employment in Humble ISD with a professional teacher contract and full teacher pay with the following types of certification:
- Provisional or Standard - through a Texas University
- Texas One-Year - based on teacher certification in another state
- Intern - through an Alternative Certification Program
NOTE: All Humble ISD teachers must meet federal standards for Highly Qualified teachers as set out in the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. For more information, see the Texas Education Agency web site.
