    Assistant Principal

It's ALWAYS a GREAT day to be a Fall Creek Cardinal!

I am excited to be beginning my 12th year in Humble ISD and my 4th year as an assistant principal for Fall Creek Elementary.  I graduated with my Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State Univeristy and earned my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University.

I taught 3rd and 5th grades for four years in Humble ISD.  I spent my next four years in education working with teachers and students.as an Instructional Coach, Gifted & Talented and ESL Campus Coordinator.  I have also had experience as a dyslexia specialist, interventionist, and campus testing coordinator.

I believe that relationship building is the cornerstone in education. Students must feel safe and respected to be able to fully engage int heir learning.  I also believe that learning should be relevant and teach skills that are essential for success in the world our students are growing up in such as communication, collaboration, craetive innovation, and critical thinking.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, reading, being outdoors and sports.

If you have any questions, please contact us.  We have an open door policy and look forward to working with you and your child.

Every child deserves a champion – an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best that they can possibly be. ~Rita Pierson
