Dear RMS Parents & Students,

Each year our faculty chooses one teacher to represent the campus as Teacher of the Year. We would like for our parents and students to participate in the process by nominating one teacher they feel represents the criteria mentioned below. Please click on the link below to nominate a teacher. The nomination form has been shared with students via Schoology. Once nominations have been tabulated, we will begin the voting process with our faculty. The last day to nominate a teacher will be January 5.

The most important criterion in evaluating nominees for teacher of the year is their ability to inspire a love of learning in students of all backgrounds and aptitudes. The Teacher of the Year candidate should: be an exceptionally dedicated, knowledgeable and skilled teacher who is planning to continue in an active teaching status; is respected and admired by students, parents and colleagues; and, plays an active and useful role in the community, as well as in the school.
