AMS seeks to build a learning community that meets the individual needs and individual passions of the students we serve.

My life's passion is to "change the system of education" -- primarily the grading system -- to make students more active in the learning process AND to decrease the stress/anxiety in our students and staff that arises from a system that needs innovation and disruption.

AMS aspires to adopt the Teach to One system and/or philosophy. Teach to One's system of learning is the "jet engine" in innovation & disruption to the institution of education.

The AMS Learning is Personal Vision is very similar to the initiatives of the Modern Classrooms Project.
