Carey LaCour

Hello guys I"m Coach LaCour and I'm right here from Humble,Tx. I graduated highschool from Humble High.

I had a full scholarship to the University Of Houston in Track and Field. I graduated from U of H and continued 

my journey in track, and made it to the Olympic Trials twice. When track was over I played semi pro football 

for a few years as well. All my life I've always loved being active, fit, and having a good diet.

Now, I want my students to see how fun and educational being active can be!

I look forward to teaching our students daily about health, sportsmanship, and learning how to be a team player.
