• Recordbooks:
All Chapter Farmer, Lonestar, and American Farmer candidates must complete a recordbook, along with other qualifications as outlined by Texas FFA.
The recordbook system we use is found at www.theaet.com
All agriculture education students have an access username/password for the website and are required (and graded) to keep an updated journal of activities for their courses and (if a member) FFA involvement.  Lonestar Degree candidates must also input their experiences in FFA (animal projects, etc).  The chapter number is TX1156 and student usernames are "flast" (as in first initial, last name).  Their passwords are set individually or could be 1234 initially.  Each fall and spring the ag teachers hold two tutorial sessions to help students navigate the site and set-up their recordbooks, it is then the students' responsibility to keep it updated and complete all requirements by the degree check (in April/May).  Check the calendar for tutorial dates/times and locations.  All classes are also taken to the computer labs at least 6 times during a semester to input journal records.
