The concept behind Project Graduation began in the early 1980's in the state of Maine, after several high school students lost their lives in alcohol-related automobile accidents associated with graduation parties. Concerned parents decided to take a stand. By the end of 1986, Texas alone hosted 200 successful alcohol- and chemical-free graduation celebrations.
The Parents of Summer Creek High School want to continue this tradition by providing a memorable and extraordinary "Last Night at the Creek" for our Seniors! There is NO out of pocket expense for the students, except for the cost of a Ticket to Project Graduation Plus 2020 Project Grad T-shirt, which will serve as their "admission ticket" to the event. This all-night ("Lock-in" Style) event will begin on graduation night and will conclude early the next morning. All activities will take place at the MAIN EVENT. The celebration will include "Entertainment, EAT, BOWL, & PLAY!" (State-of-the-art bowling, multi-level laser tag, over 100 games topped with handcrafted food, soft drinks and prizes). In addition to Humble ISD security officers, there will be numerous SCHS parent volunteers on site to chaperone. Join US!
