The Eagle Dash is a 5K Mud Fun Run with some small obstacles. This is a family-friendly course! Our last Eagle Dash helped raise over $4,500 and most of this money was returned to the cadets in the form of academic scholarships! We are excited about it being a tradition in our community. The course is set up on the campus of Atascocita High School and was designed with the help of our MCJROTC Cadets. **A portion of the proceeds go to support Camp Hope.**
The Eagle Dash will continue to get bigger and better each year, so make sure you sign up for your spot early to guarantee you get the famous Eagle Dash t-shirt and get an opportunity to win one of the famous Eagle Dash Trophies.
Calling all Vendors!! If you are interested in setting up a table at our event, please email our Booster Club President at mcjrotc.president@gmail.com.
The Eagle Dash costs $20 for individual runners, $15 for Elementary and older students. This includes the option of picking your heat, a free t-shirt (t-shirts are only guaranteed if signed up by 28 Mar 2023), water stations, fruit and snacks after the completion of your race. The Eagle Dash is comprised of two laps around the Atascocita Campus, through the trails and swamp behind the school. It is a challenging course but also suitable for all ages and participant levels. Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Male and Female in categories 12 to 18 years old and 19 years old and above! Elementary school age runners will receive medals for the top three overall male and female runners.
