    Enrollment Procedure
     
    All children 5 years of age, or under 21 years of age on the first day of September of any scholastic year and whose parents or legal guardians are residents of the Humble Independent School District will be admitted free of tuition to the public schools.
    To begin the registration process, parents should complete the On-Line Registration form. If you do not have a computer with internet access, we will have a workstation available.

    The following documents are required for registration:
    Official Original Birth Certificate

    Parent’s Driver’s License

    Current Gas, Water or Electric Bill (with service and mailing address displayed)
    Complete Immunization Record as follows:
    --4 doses oral polio vaccine or 3 doses with one dose given on/after the 4th birthday
    --5 doses of DPT, or 4 with one dose given on/after the 4th birthday
    --MMR – 2 doses first given on/after 1st birthday
    --2 doses of varicella vaccine (chicken pox vaccine) with one dose given on/after 4th birthday or signed documentation stating child had the disease
    --2 doses Hep A with one dose given on/after 1st birthday
