Reporting AbsencesAttendance Line: 281-641-7301
Please call the attendance office at 281-641-7301 to report an absence the morning of the absence or email Ms. Parker at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please speak clearly and give your name and call back number, your student's full name, and the date(s) and reason for absence. Doctor notes should be submitted as soon as the student returns to school and include the student’s full name and the date(s) of absence with a doctor signature. All absences must be reported within two days of the student's return to school.
Important Ways You Can Help!
If your student does have a routine doctor appointment during the school day, plan for them to attend school before or after the appointment. When your student attends school for any part of the day of the appointment and returns with a note from the doctor, the State will consider him/her present for attendance purposes for that day.
If your student is required to attend court, please make sure he/she turns in documentation from the court stating that they were present in court. The State will consider student present for attendance purposes for that day.
Make sure we have your correct email address in our records. We have an automated system that picks up any unexcused absences and sends out an email alerting you of the unexcused absence.
You can keep track of your student's attendance and grades by signing in to HAC, Home Access Center. You can log in or create your account at this address: https://eshac.humble.k12.tx.us/homeaccess
