    Log in to LabAgenda with your FirstName.LastName and the password "password". Change your password in My Account>Change Password.

    In the New Reservation box include:
    Title of Reservation: your Room #
    Description of Reservation: What will your students be doing?
     
    Submit a Heat Ticket if you will need an app deployed to the iPads in plenty of advance.

    PROCESS:
    1. Teacher’s reserve using LabAgenda. (Make sure to put in Room #. This may be placed in the Title line or Description)

    2. Pick up and return the cart in the Library Office Supply Room or arrange an exchange of the cart with the next person scheduled in LabAgenda. Plug in to charge.

    3. If the cart is missing computers, contact the previous person on the LabAgenda and/or access the Missing Computer form

    4. Ensure that all devices and cords are neatly stored in the correct slot.

    5. Ensure the device name is labeled clearly on the back with a gray sharpie.

    6. Submit Ivanti Heat Tickets with device name (if shown on desktop), device label # written on the back, location of cart and nature of the issue. Leave a note on the cart for missing devices, issues, etc.

    7. Use the QR code that will be posted on the device cart to report missing computers.
