    FFA Membership Application

    This needs to be filled out by every FFA Member each year. 
    *FFA Dues are $35.00 (School Store Payment, Cash or Money Order Only) and are due by September 27th, 2019.
     
    Official Dress Application
    *If your student needs an FFA Jacket the cost for Boys is - $80 and Girls is - $76. Jackets will be ordered by Ms. Smith. Please turn in this application with your money or pay online at the school store by 9/27/19 or 11/22/19. I will make 2 different orders. Please see Ms. Smith with questions. 
     
     
     
    This is the form ALL FFA members should use to keep track of their participation in FFA activities.  It is used for local scholarship applications, letter jacket applications and other application events and awards.

    Officer Information
     
    Applications are due Thursday,

    Teacher Evaluation for Officer Candidates 
    All Candidates need to print the Teacher Evaluation Form and give to each teacher. These need to be passed out to all of your teachers by March 29th, 2019.
     
    Officer Contract MUST be turn in at the time of Application on 4/18/19.
     
    This form will be for students and parents who make the chapter officer team
     
    Officer Boot Camp will be Thursday March 22nd from 3-4:30 p.m. in Room 1805
     Officer Test and Interview will take place on Thursday, April 25th at 3 p.m. SHARP!

    Members are expected to order an FFA jacket and tie/scarf. 
    This will be done through Ms. Smith. We have jackets in the Ag. Shop that can be tried on for size. Jackets need to be paid for by September 27th, 2019 in order that new members will receive them before the chapter photo is taken.
