    Frost Bank in Galveston has student loans at zero interests that student may apply for. High School Seniors may contact our office after November 1, 2009 to request a packet. Please call (409) 770-5665 for more information.  Listed below are some loans:

    Be a resident of Texas, graduate of Texas HS and attending a Texas College full time, working toward first undergrad degree.
    Maximum loan amount is $6000
    Deadline February 28

    Vandal and Winifred Mercer TAMU Foundation

    Resident of Texas and enrolled full time at Texas A&M at College Station or Galveston County, working toward undergrad or graduate degree.
    Maximum Loan amount is $2500 per year
    Deadline is March 31
