• Nurse Kelly will be on campus beginning August 7.  Please note, all students are required to have an up to date shot record prior to the start of school.  The record can be emailed to kelly.faubion@humbleisd.net, faxed to 281-641-5310, or brought to the campus (it should be handed directly to the nurse and not left at the front).  There are two additional vaccines required for 7th graders which were not required for 6th grade. 
     
    School nurses are on campus in the Clinic and in our Life Skills classroom daily.  We are here to assist with acute care and managing chronic illness in the school setting.
     
    Clinic Hours 8:00 am to 4:00pm
     
    Lunch from 1:30pm to 2:00pm.
