I am excited about the 2017-2018 school year! This will begin my 15th year at KMS and our kids, teachers, and parents are second to none! Time sure flies with this being my 22nd year as an administrator and 27th as an educator. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station where I obtained a B.S. in Kinesiology & Biology and a M.S degree in Educational Administration. I taught Biology, Life Science, and P.E. during my teaching career and I'm also a veteran of the U.S. Navy. I worked in Naval Aviation electronics for 4 years, three of which were in Oahu, Hawaii on Naval Air Station Barbers Point. I do miss those beaches in Hawaii ! I think we have the best students, parents, and teachers of any school around! My favorite things to do during the day at KMS are to be in the hallways, lunchroom, and classrooms with the students. We have many great things about KMS but our fine arts and athletic teams which perform outside of school hours are awesome! I am always amazed when I see the growth in students whether musically or athletically. I'm also very proud of our clubs that we form each year since we form these clubs based on student interest. Watch for advertisements and our club/activity website as well! In my spare time, I spend time with my wife, Shelly, and we love to spend our time with our 3 boys, daughter, and grandchildren. We also love to work in the yard, take long walks, and ride our bikes. Feel free to contact me by email or phone. My assistant is Donna Wynne, and we can be reached at 281-641-4201. I also check my email regularly and will respond to you in the evenings as well. I hope everyone has a great year!
