• Birthday Recognitions

Please be aware that children in school may have severe allergies to certain food products. Therefore, it is imperative to discuss this with the child’s teacher prior to bringing any food in this circumstance.

Parents may provide treats for a child’s homeroom class during lunch to recognize a child’s birthday at school. There are 2 options for treats:
    ● Purchase frozen treats from the cafeteria for all students in the class.
    ● Provide 1 individual treat per child, such as cupcakes or cookies. Check with the teacher regarding allergies in the classroom.

The following items are not allowed at HE to recognize birthdays - balloons, goodie bags, gifts, candles, flowers, etc.

Invitations to parties held outside of school, or events hosted or sponsored by parents cannot be distributed at school.
