Arrival & Dismissal Information
Humble Elementary is dedicated to student safety, which requires partnership with parents and guardians.
It is highly beneficial to our students' safety for the consistency of adults in maintaining student dismissal arrangements.
Dismissal changes must be made in writing via note/email or by calling the front office. A child's verbal notification will not be accepted.
No early checkouts are allowed after 2:30 pm. Please plan ahead for after-school appointments.
3:15 pm - Car riders are dismissed from classrooms as numbers are called
3:15 pm - Buses & Daycare depart as they arrive
3:35 pm - Walkers & Bikers are released

Car Arrival
Before 7:30 am - No drop off - there is no supervision prior to 7:30 am
7:30 - 7:50 am - Students arrive at the front of the building.
Breakfast is served in classrooms.7:55 am - Car rider line closes.
8:00 am - Tardy
Arrival for Special Needs Students
Open 7:30 - 7:55 am
Drop off at Early Childhood wing (Coventry Court)
Special Education staff will be present.
Visitors may not enter side doors.
Bus Arrival
Open 7:30 - 7:55 am
Drop off at cafeteria
Students arriving in cars may not be dropped off in the bus lane.

Car Rider Pick-Up Procedures
Enter the Early Childhood Drive from Fieldtree Dr., right turn only. (Coventry Court)
Do not block driveways.
Right turn only when exiting the car area onto Fieldtree Dr.
Display your car tag. If you do not have a car tag, please contact the front office.
Your number will be entered.
Your number will be displayed in the classrooms.
Students will wait by the appropriate cone for their car.
Walker/Bike Rider Dismissal
Due to safety, walkers need to live in neighborhood. Addresses will be verified.
Students will be escorted across the street.
PK & K students will not be released unless there is an adult present for whom the child has permission to be released to.
1st-5th graders are allowed to walk on their own.
ALL Walkers/Bikers must leave campus on foot or bike.
Parents may not park on campus and retrieve a child from the walker/biker line.

Area 1 - Upwood & Fieldtree
Area 2 - Fieldtree towards Windmere
Area 3 - Fieldtree towards Birchridge
