Q: What do we wear for dance class? 
A: Students will wear dance class t-shirt (purchased in August) with any athletic bottoms. 

Q: How are students graded? 
A: Students earn 20 points daily for dress out and participation. Students can earn a total of 100 points each week for their weekly grade. 

Q: Are performances mandatory? 
A: Yes, the district requires that all students enrolled in a fine arts are participating in at least one performance in the fall, and one in the spring. To meet this requirement all performances for the KMS dance department are mandatory and taken for a summative grade. If you have a conflict of dates please email Mrs. Liles ahead of time. This helps us as we set formations for each performance several weeks ahead of time.
