Learn about the characteristics of healthy and unhealthy dating relationships, early warning signs and factors that may increase risks for dating violence and ways you can promote healthy relationships. We will discuss the media's portrayal of healthy and unhealthy relationships and how you can bring awareness to the community in February for Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month.

Virtual Parent University will begin in English. After the first 30 minutes, our presentations will be presented in Spanish.

Sharing mental health facts, tips and graphics can help raise awareness. Having students complete activities or review coping skills inspires action and acceptance. We hope that these will help you " Go Green" on May 20th!Rescue Dog Day is celebrated the 20th also - Dogs can contribute to your happiness. Studies show that dogs reduce stress, anxiety and depression, ease loneliness, encourage exercise and improve your all-around health.
