Elementary Music!

Meet Mrs. Janes

I have been teaching elementary music since 2001. I have taught in schools in the Plano and Katy areas prior to returning to Humble ISD, where I attended school from Kindergarten through 12th grade. I am a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Music and also hold an OAKE endorsed Kodaly Certification. I'm a classically trained soprano and enjoy playing ukulele, guitar, and piano. I'm married to my husband, Stephen, and we have one beautiful, daughter, Emily. We also have 3 crazy fur babies - Luke, Leia, and Lola.
