Welcome Back class of 2027! I am so excited to start a new year with you! This will be my 8th year teaching algebra to 8th graders.

Algebra is for high school credit. All students will take a comprehensive Final at the end of each semester. 

For virtual students.

Live Zoom meetings will be from 10:20-11:10 every Wednesday and Friday. The purpose of these live Zooms is for questions about homework and any individual help that may be needed. Attendance is not mandatory. 

Lesson Videos are posted every Monday and Tuesday

There will be two Assignements on schoology due every week and at least two lesson videos that are paired with them. There is a unit test every three weeks. 

Students will always have two attempts per homework and one attempt per test.

Per the discrict, test are worth 70% of the grade

Failure to submit any homeworks or tests will result in an automatic zero in the gradebook.

You will need to bring a composition notebook within the first week, it will stay in the classroom. 

Office hours are 1pm-2pm Monday-Friday

Tutorials are 4:30-5:30 Every Thursday. (or other days by request)
