Change Your Frame

  • November 16-20, the Atascocita High School Counseling Department, Student Council, National Honor Society will be working together to present the #changeyourframe awareness campaign.

  • F-future habits        Finding habits that help lift your mood or clear your mind and actively participate in them when you begin to experience stressful situations. 
    R- relationships      Creating and maintaining healthy relationships with others. Try avoiding negative and harmful relationships as much as possible. 
    A- attitude                Even in tough times, maintaining a positive attitude can increase our sense of calmness.
    M- mindset               Keeping a balanced mindset is good for your mind and your body. 
    E- emotions             Being aware of your emotions, understanding what situations may negatively affect them and what things positively affect them, can help you take control of your emotional well-being.
