Hi! My name is Shanna Troost, and I have taught for 16 years, 13 years at Bear Branch! Go Bears! I am excited about teaching 3rd grade this year! I was born in Clear Lake, graduated from Conroe High, and attended Sam Houston State! I am certified Early Childhood through 8th grade, along with English as a Second Language and Gifted and Talented supplemental certificates. 

My husband, Kenny and I have been married since 1996, and we live here in Kingwood. I have 2 boys named Alex and Aiden. Alex graduated from Kingwood Park in 2019 and attends University of Houston. Aiden went through Spanish Immersion at BBE, and will be a junior this year at KPark. Both of my boys are involved in sports, so you will see me cheering them on from the sidelines. I love watching them play football, lacrosse, and run track!
