  • Humble ISD offers two self-funded medical plans for 2022-2023. The Humble High Deductible (HD) Alternative Plan and the Humble Primary Alternative Plan.

Humble High Deductible (HD) Alternative Plan

  • The Humble ISD High Deductible Plan offers a nationwide network available through CIGNA, and a lower annual deductible when utilizing the Memorial Hermann Network for medical care. Participants also have access to the Humble ISD Health & Wellness Clinics, including a Mental Health Counselor for convenient and affordable medical care at a low copay of $25.00 per visit, and new this year is access to the Next Level Urgent Care centers, now available at 26+ locations with a low copay of $40.00 per visit. Humble Primary Alternative Plan

  • The Humble ISD Primary plan offers a nationwide network through CIGNA, an in-network $2,500 individual deductible and $5,000 family deductible. A lower annual deductible when utilizing the Memorial Hermann Network for medical care. Participants have access to the Humble ISD Health & Wellness Clinics, including a Mental Health Counselor for convenient and free medical care services. New this year is access to the Next Level Urgent Care centers available 9/1/2022 at 26+ locations at no cost for Primary Plan members. Generic prescriptions are also free.
