The required documents (birth certificate, immunization record, parent ID and utility bill) and a copy of the report card or transcript must be ready to upload at time of completion (you can not go back to upload the documents once the form is submitted).
The school nurse will review the immunization record. She will contact you if shots are needed before starting school.
Once the online form is complete, please contact a registrar listed above. The registrar will schedule a course selection meeting with the counselor. The student and guardian must attend this meeting, which will take place at Kingwood High School.

New Student Enrollment for the 2023-2024 School Year will open June 14, 2023
2022-2023 School Year New Student Enrollment:
A student is NEW to Humble ISD if:
- a student has never attended a school in Humble ISD; or
- a student had previously attended a school in Humble ISD but withdrew before the school year ended and needs to re-enroll.
ALL registered students must be in attendance on the first day of school or they will be withdrawn.

Immunization Requirements
Required Immunizations
- Current Immunization records - must be SIGNED or STAMPED by the physician or his/her designee or public health personnel.
- Vaccines administered after September 1, 1991, shall include the month, day and year each vaccine was administered.
- Documentation of vaccines administered that includes the signature or stamp of the physician or physician's designee, or public health personnel, is acceptable.
- Immunization records generated from electronic health record systems must include clinic contact information and the provider's signature/stamp.
- An official immunization record generated from a state or local health authority is acceptable.
- An official record received from school officials, including a record from another state, is acceptable.

Home Access Center
Home Access Center (HAC)
Once your student's enrollment is verified by the campus Registrar, set up a Home Access Center (HAC) account. This account will allow you to monitor and view your student's academic progress, schedule, grades, test scores, and attendance.
