Step 1: Review the previouse By-Laws.

Step 2: Review the proposed Amended By-Laws.  Summary of changes - the proposed Amended By-Laws 1) take out the requirement for officers to be a certain grade (ex: President no longer has to be a senior.) 2) Requirement for members to have completed one business course has been changed to one business course to one business course or other CTE course.  The 2nd amendment is to expand our competition member base as the FBLA competitions includes debate and computer programing topics.
